Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DreamchaserHQ is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the damage or defect

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
