Order Processing Time

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure efficient delivery.


Estimated delivery times:

  • 🚚 2–4 business days for most U.S. orders
  • ⏱ Up to 7 business days maximum in rare cases
  • 🌍 International orders: delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout when available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship within the United States and internationally
  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Availability of shipping methods and delivery times may vary by country and region

Any applicable international duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions on select products or orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A link to track your shipment

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items:

 


  • Products may ship separately depending on availability or warehouse location
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment

There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.

 

 

 

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

DreamchaserHQ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided

Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info@dreamchaserhq.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
